When your in the camp, you won't get that loading screen. You will only get that loading screen if you have a save file saved inside one of the "Mind Levels". Once you get that screen, reload it again with that same loading screen and he will now be normal colored. When I said to reload it twice, make sure the first time you reload, you get the loading screen where it shows Raz falling down.
